Death, Then What ???
If you died today are you 100% sure you'd go to heaven?

You can know!!!

"Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, ye shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die, Believest thou this?" John 11:25,26

"Do you believe this?"

How to believe on Jesus

1. First admit: We are all sinners.

Romans 3:23: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

2. Second admit: There is a price for sin.

Romans 6:23: For the wages of sin is death;

Revelation 21:8: But fearful, and unbelieving...and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

3. Third admit: Jesus paid the price.

Romans 5:8: But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 6:23b: "the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

4. Fourth: Believe and Receive Jesus.

Romans 10:9: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Romans 10:13: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

To receive Jesus as your personal Saviour pray a simple prayer of faith:

"Dear Jesus, I admit that I'm a sinner, deserving of eternal death in hell. I ask you to save me from hell, and give me eternal life. I now receive You, and You alone as my personal Saviour. Amen."

If you've sincerely prayed this prayer of faith to the Lord Jesus Christ, we rejoice with you!

What happened after you prayed to receive the Lord?

Let's look at what the Lord promised?

1. "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Romans 10:13

Now, if you just "called" upon the Lord according to this verse what did He "do" for you? He "saved" you!

Question: What did He "save" you from?

a.) Sin b.) Problems c.) The penalty of sin.

The Correct answer is "c". The Lord didn't save us from sin, but from the penalty of sin which is death & hell.

"He that believeth in me shall never die!"

Oh, now when a person is saved, they will grow in grace and "sin less" than they did before. But, they'll never become "sinless" until they get to Heaven.

2. Secondly, the Lord promised us what kind of life?

Romans 6:23: For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Question: So how long is the gift good for?

a.) A short time. b.) Until I sin. c.) Eternal or forever

The answer is obviously "c" eternal.

According to the Lord's promise, He saves us from death and hell and gives us eternal life.

3. Now with our 'eternity' settled, our great difficulty is in this 'temporary' life.

Jesus said, "the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." Matthew 26:41
 

So any problem the Christian has in this life will come from their flesh.

Thus, if we, by character, make the flesh do what its supposed to do we'll live a more victorious life.

=For example make your flesh do what God commanded:=

1. Read the Bible
"Let God talk to you."

2. Pray.
"God wants to hear from you/"

3. Attend a Bible preaching Church
"We need the right kind of friends and instruction."

4. Tell others about Jesus
"Sharing your testimony will build your boldness and faith."
